摘要
以毛细管气相色谱方法对上海石化炼油化工部乙烯装置裂解副产物C9、C10馏分进行了分析,并对馏分中的组分以色谱-质谱联用、色谱-红外光谱联用等方法进行了定性。所用气相色谱条件适当,馏分中主要组分均得到较好的分离。分析结果表明,C9、C10馏分中含有大量的C9、C10芳烃、双环戊二烯、甲基环戊二烯、苯乙烯类、茚类、萘类等化合物以及各种形式的二聚体。
A method for analyzing the C9 and C10 fraction from the by-products of ethylene plant of Shanghai Petrochemical Company by gas chromatography (GC) with HP-1 quartz capillary column was developed. It was used in combination with MS and FT-IR to identify the components qualitatively. The test results showed that quite a large amount of C9 and C10 aromatics, dicyclopentadiene, methylcyclopentadiene and various types of compounds, such as styrene, indene and naphthalene, as well as various dimmers existed in said C9 and C10 fraction. This qualitative result could be used as reference for converting C9 and C10 fraction to high value chemicals.
