摘要
以编码麻风菌（ＭＬ）１６ｓｒＲＮＡ种特异性片段的基因为扩增靶，建立了检测麻风的基因扩增试验。本法特异性高，可重复性好。
A PCR test for detection of M. leprae has been developed on the basis of the gene coding the species-specific fragment of 16s rRNA of M.leprae.The test is specific and repeatable. Its detection low limit is 200 bacilli.
