复方南星止痛膏对甲醛等致炎性疼痛模型大鼠止痛作用及c-fos表达的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的:观察复方南星止痛膏的镇痛作用及机理。方法:采用两种致炎模型(甲醛、胰蛋白酶),两种对照药物来建立大鼠模型,大鼠甲醛致炎性疼痛模型选用泼尼松为阳性对照药;胰蛋白酶致炎疼痛模型选用吲哚美辛。观察复方南星止痛膏对两种致炎模型大鼠足跖肿胀压痛的影响及脊髓中c-fos的表达。结果:复方南星止痛膏可以提高两种致炎剂引起的大鼠足跖肿胀压痛的痛阈值;降低脊髓中c-fos的表达。结论:复方南星止痛膏具有一定的镇痛作用,其作用机理与减少脊髓中c-fos的表达有关。 Objective:To observe the analgesia and its mechanism of Compound Nanxing Pain Paste. Methods:Two inflammatory models (induced by formaldehyde and trypsinass)were adopted. Two control drugs were administrated to establish rat models. In formaldehyde-induced inflammatory pain model,prednisone was selected to be active control drug,and in trypsinase-induced inflammatory pain model,indomethacin was used. It was to observe the impacts of Compound Nanxing Pain Paste on plantar swelling and tenderness and expression of c-fos in spinal cord in two kinds of inflammatory model. Results:Compound Nanxing Pain Paste improved pain threshold Of rat planter swelling and tenderness induced by two kinds of inflammatory agents and reduced c-fos expression in spinal cord. Conclusion:Compound Nanxing Pain Paste acts on analgesia and its mechanism is relevant with reduction of expression of c-los in spinal cord.
