摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷对腰椎间盘突出症模型大鼠的镇痛效果。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、假手术对照组、模型对照组、针刺对照组、局贴对照组、穴位贴敷治疗组,每组10只。空白对照组、假手术对照组、模型对照组每天只抓握固定刺激;针刺对照组针刺常规穴位;局贴对照组将膏药贴于施术体表处;穴位贴敷治疗组将膏药贴于肾俞、气海、带脉、阳陵泉、委中、昆仑。观测各组大鼠痛阈值、受压迫神经根组织病理学变化及中枢神经递质5-羟色胺的含量。结果:穴位贴敷治疗组机械痛阈值与针刺对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);与局贴对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各治疗组对受压神经根组织病理学均有改善,尤其以穴位贴敷治疗组更显著。穴位贴敷治疗组5-HT含量高于模型对照组,有显著性差异(P>0.01);与针刺对照组及局贴对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷通过减轻神经根的炎性水肿,提高5-HT含量,发挥镇痛作用。
Objective:To observe the analgesic efficacy of acupoint application on lumbar disc herniation in rat models. Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,sham-operation control group,model control group, acupuncture control group,local application group,and acupoint application treatment group, 10 rats in each one. Grasping stimulation and fixation was administrated every day in blank control group, sham-operation control group and model control group. Routine acupuncture on acupoints was applied in acupuncture control group. Ointment was applied to body surface in local application group. In acupoint application group, ointment was applied to Shenshu (肾俞 BL23), Qihai (气海 CV6), Daimai(带脉 GB26), Yanglingquan(阳陵泉GB34),Weizhong(委中 BL40)and Kunlun(昆仑 BL60). Pain threshold,histopathologic alternation of compressed nerve root and the content of central nervous transmitter,5-HT were observed in rats of each group. Results :The mechanic pain threshold in acupoint application group did not present significant difference comparing with acupuncture control group (P〉0.05) ,but presented significant difference comparing with local application control group (P〈0.05). Concerning to histopathologic improvement of compressed nerve root among treatment groups, the effect was much more significant in acupoint application treatment group. 5-HT content in aeupoint application treatment group was higher than that in model control group,indicating significant difference (P〉0.01), but the significant difference did not presented in comparison with acupuncture control group and local application control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application acts on analgesia by alleviating inflammatory edema of nerve root and increasing 5-HT content.
