摘要
目的探讨梅花针刺络拔罐合并牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法采用梅花针刺络拔罐合并牵引对31例腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗并与30例采用单纯牵引相对照。结果梅花针刺络拔罐并牵引治疗组比单纯牵引组疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论梅花针刺络拔罐合并牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种非常有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of the bloodletting puncture cupping therapy with plum-blossom needle combined with the traction for the treatment of the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, Methods The bloodletting puncture cupping therapy with plum-blossom needle combined with the traction was used for the treatment of 31 patients with the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. The traction was independently used for the treatment of 30 patients with the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc as the control. Results The curative efficacy was higher in the group of the bloodletting puncture cupping therapy with plum-blossom needle combined with the traction than in the group of independent traction with significant difference（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The bloodletting puncture cupping therapy with plum-blossom needle combined with the traction is very effective for the treatment of the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
