摘要
目的:研究补阳还五汤加味配合外治法对糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将入选的60例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,在此基础上对照组应用糖脉康颗粒冲剂配合外治法治疗;治疗组应用补阳还五汤加味配合外治法治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组为93.3%,两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:内服补阳还五汤加味配合外治法治疗糖尿病足疗效显著,不仅能够促进溃疡面生长及愈合,而且还能减轻患者足部疼痛等各种不适,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ：To study the clinical efficacy on diabetic foot treated with modified buyang huanwu tang and external application. Methods：60 cases of diabetic foot were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each.Basic treatment was administered in both groups.Additionally,in control group,tangmaikang keli chongji was administered in combination with external application.In treatment group,modified buying huanwn tang was administered in combination with external application. Results ：The total effective rate was 73.3% in control group, 93.3% in treatment group.The outcome in treatment group was superior to that in control group,presenting significant difference in comparison （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Significant therapeutic efficacy has been achieved on diabetic foot treated with internal application of modified buyang huanwu tang in combination with external application.Such therapy not only promotes the growth and healing of ulcer surface, but also alleviates various discomforts of foot, such as pain.It is worth to be promoted in clinical application.
