摘要
目的:探讨综合性医院住院患者的心理状况、心理需求及其影响因素。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及流行病学调查量表,对中西医结合的三级甲等综合性医院自2004年8月1日～2006年12月30日的25个科室1008例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:与国内常模组比较,住院患者在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而且不同性别、文化程度、经济收入以及病程长短不同的住院患者之间心理状况及心理需求存在显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:综合性医院住院患者的心理状况及心理需求受许多因素的影响,不同患者存在不同程度的心理问题,应重视并加强患者的心理护理。
Objective ：To probe into the psychological status,psychological need and influential factors of inpatients in comprehensive hospital. Methods：Random sampling,symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）and epidemiology survey scale were adopted for the questionnaire among 1008 inpatients in 25 departments in AAA-grade Chinese-western integrative hospital from August 1 st 2004 to December 30th 2006. Results：In comparison with domestic norm group, significant differences were presented in somatization,obsessive compulsive symptom,interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety and hostility （P〈 0.05）. Additionally,significant difference in psychological status and need were presented among inpatients with different sexes, educational backgrounds, economic incomes and durations of sickness （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Psychological status and need of inpatients in comprehensive hospital are impacted by many factors.Inpatients present psychological problems of various extents. Hence, the great attention should be drawn on it and psychological nursing should be enhanced.
