摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法对照组36例予西医常规治疗;治疗组84例在对照组治疗的基础上,配合中药宽胸理气、活血化瘀、行气止痛治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为83.3%。两组经统计学处理,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病疗效肯定,优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective To observe clinical effect of Combine Chinese with Western medicine treating coronary heart disease. Methods 36 cases of control group were treated by routine treatment of Western medicine. On base of routine treatment of Western medicine, 84 cases of treating group were treated by adopting Chinese drugs of soothing the chest oppression and regulating the flow of qi, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis,promoting circulation of qi and to relieve pain. Results The total effective rate of trea- ting group was 97.6 %, that of control group was 83.3 %. There was obvious difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of combine Chinese with Western medicine was obvious, and better than routine treatment of Western medicine.
