摘要
认为气虚血瘀、久病入络是冠心病的基本病机，气虚为本，瘀血为标，久病入络是冠心病的最终病变，指出风邪入络及络虚是冠心病病在络的基本表现形式，揭示了“久病入络”所反映出来的络中气虚、络中血虚、络中血瘀的病机是冠心病的病理基础，提出了冠心病在络的诊察要点，认为益气活血、疏风通络法是目前较为理想的防治冠心病的治法。
The author suggests that essential pathogenesis of the coronary heart
disease(CHD)lies in blood stasis due to qi deficiency and obstruction
of the collaterals and qi defi-ciency serves as the must basic cause,
the invasion of pathogenic wind into the collaterals. Ac-cording to
strengthening qi, activiting the blood circulation, dispelling wind
and removing ob-struction of thc collaterals, a formula named yiqi
huoxue shufeng decoction were adopted totreat 48 cases of CHD in
comparison with the cases treated with yiqi huoxue decoction
tiaox-inxue decoction as the control groups. The results show that
of the experimental group thetotal effective rate of ECG is
87.50%,the remarkable effective rate is 37. 50%,the total ef-fective
rate of symptoms is 96.37%and the remarkable effective rate of
symptons is 59. 50%.The statastics reveal a significant difference
between the experimental and the control groups
