摘要
本文主要介绍镍镉电池、镍氢电池和锂离子电池的充电方式,并且结合各类电池自身的特点给出了判断其是否充满的方法。然后,分析了镍类电池的特殊充电曲线、锂离子电池恒压阶段的电压补偿,使充电控制更准确、更实用。并把综合考虑时间控制、电压控制和温度控制的充电控制技术,成功应用于智能充电机设计中。
Battery charging methods on Ni-Cd, MH-Hi and Li-ion are introduced in this paper. Different checking filling-up methods are used on different batteries for respective characteristics. Then, the analyses on special charging curves of nickel batteries and the voltage compensation of Li-ion batteries in invariable voltage phase make the charging control more precise and more practical. The control technology synthesized time control, voltage control and temperature control is successfully applied to the design of intelligent charger.
