摘要
文中利用传递矩阵法,建立了某轿车消声器与发动机的联合模型,对该消声器的各项性能进行了数值模拟。以一维模拟结果作为边界条件,再利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对消声器的流场进行了更深入的三维模拟。模拟结果与消声器消声性能的试验测试数据具有较好的一致性。
A united model for engine and its exhaust muffler of a car is established using transfer matrix method, and a numerical simulation on the performances of exhaust muffler is conducted. Taking the results of 1 D simulation as boundary conditions, a more in-depth 3D simulation on the flow field of muffler is carried out by using CFD software FLUENT. The results well agree with data obtained from the noise attenuation performance test of the exhaust muffler.
