摘要 用3-(4-甲酰基苯偶氨)-4,5-二羟基萘-2,7-二磺酸(FPNS)与聚乙烯醇(PVA,n=1750±50)缩合,便获得高分子显色剂PV·FPNS,可用于铝(Ⅲ)的测定。摩尔吸光系数ε为6.6×10~4L.mol^(-).cm.(-1)(在587nm,pH8.4介质中)。反应灵敏、唯嫌反应速度稍慢。在25mL溶液中0-7μg铝(Ⅲ)服从比尔定律。一些金属离子可用铜试剂(DDTC)沉淀或萃取,而不致干扰。此试剂用于合成样和铜合金标样分析。并获得满意结果。 The polymeric chromogenic reagent. PV·FPNS, has been synthesized in our laboratory by condensing poly (vinyalcohol)(PVA n=1.700) with 3-(4-formyl-phenylazo)-4,5-dihydroxyan-phthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid. It may be used for the spcetrophotometric determination of aluminum. The reaction between Al(Ⅲ)and the reagent is sensitive, but proceeds rather slowly. It takes about two and half hours to reach maximum color intensity. The Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0-7μg Al(Ⅲ) per 25 mL solution. Molar absorptivity equals 6.6×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), at 587 nm in pH8.4 media. The separation of some metallic ions from Al(Ⅲ) may be done by means of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, either by precipitation or by solvent extraction with chloroform, in order to avoid interferences. The spectrophotometric method devised for Al(Ⅲ) has been appilied to copper-based alloy and syntyhetic samples with satisfactory resluts.
