在直隶农业技术发展史上,清末新政时期是一个非常重要的历史阶段。此期,直隶对发展农业非常重视,通过建立农务局、农会、农学堂、农事试验场等一系列新式农务组织机构,积极开展农业技术推广工作,对直隶农业的改良和发展产生了积极影响,农业技术有了明显进步。
In the development history of the agricultural technology in Zhili Province, the New Deal in the Qing Dynasty was a very important historical stage. The development of agriculture was attached to great importance, and a series of new-type agricultural organizations such as the agricultural bureaus, peasant associations, agricultural schools and agricultural testing ground were set up. These organizations launched promotion of agricultural technology actively. The improvement and development of the agriculture had a positive impact, and agricultural technology had made significant progress
