摘要
半总统制的理论源于法国学者的论述。法国半总统制是对分权制衡理论与公民投票理论的运用和发展。它不但在稳定法国政局方面发挥了重要作用,而且对其他国家的政治体制也产生了一定的影响。
Semi-presidentialism theory came from French scholars＇ research . Semi-presidential system in France is a practical result of the checks and balances theory, and the theory of initiative and referendum. It plays a critical role in the political stabilization in France. Furthermore, it has an effect on the other states＇ political system.
