摘要
本文通过对东方家庭文化本质及表现的详细阐述,指出了家庭保障的传统地位以及在市场经济下必然受到冲击的趋势。同时,进一步阐述了历史上的企业保障制度,并从东方家庭文化视角对企业地位给予了新的解释,指出企业保障是在家庭文化发展下新的保障形式。最后,明确指出建设企业年金制度应明确企业年金取代传统家庭保障的替代性、注重支付的个体性和加强精神慰籍性配套设置的建设等。
After defining the essence, the manifestation the traditional status of the oriental family - culture in the family- security system, this article has reviewed the security system in enterprises, and indicates its status. Finally it has pointed out that the construction of occupational pension system should be focused on the status of occupational pension system, individuality payment, and comfort corollary equipments.
