摘要
通过文献资料、实地访谈和问卷调查法,对参加2007年全国健美操锦标赛的代表队的135名教练员从年龄结构、专项训练年限、执教年限、学历结构、原始专业和健美操运动等级等方面进行了调查和分析,对我国竞技健美操教练员现状进行研究,为教练员建设提供参考。
By documentary and investigating, and taking the coaches which take part in the aerobics championship of China as the object, the author analyzes the form of age, fixed number of training, fixed number of year of instruct, form of academic credentials, form of primitive major and sports level. Through the result of research,the author afford the reference way for coach building.
