摘要
运用文献资料法、数据统计分析法对2004年"华夏杯"全国健美操锦标赛竞技新人组六人操比赛前三名成绩得分和我院成绩的对比分析,提出我院竞技健美操总体水平属中等,发展缓慢,指出在今后的训练和编排中应加强运动员基本素质的训练和加强成套动作编排,突出难度、艺术性,追求完美。
Using questionnaire method,the author collect the data of the technology in Huaxia Cup of National competitive calisthenics in 2004,and finds that there are a lots of characteristics in athletes' skill and their editing operation,and gives some advice in how to do it better in the future.
