摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对60头青海马鹿的三种血清同工酶酶谱及其多态性进行了研究。结果发现:①酯酶(ES)和淀粉酶(AMY)都有三种同工酶,而碱性磷酸酶(ALP)由四种同工酶组成;②ES2,ES3,AMY1,AMY2以及 ALPB 同工酶都存在两种或两种以上酶谱而表现出多态性。
60 red deers in Qinghai province were used to investigate the spectra and polymorphism of serum three isozymes by meansof po- lyaerylamide gel electrophoresis.The results were as follows:(1) The esterase(ES)and the amylase(AMY)consisted of three isozymes and the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)consisted of four isozymes.(2) As regards ES2,ES3,AMY1,AMY2 and ALP B isozymes,there were two and more than two types of isozyme-spectra showing polymorphi- sm.
