摘要
目的为军队医院中层干部管理培训提供新思路。方法回顾性分析我院中层干部管理培训方案制定、组织实施、效果评估和存在的问题。结果通过培训,管理知识和技能得到提高。结论军队医院中层干部管理培训,对加快中层管理队伍建设,推动医院可持续性发展具有重要的作用。
Objective To find more appropriate and effective ways to promote management training for military hospital middle-level cadre.Methods The content, mode, effectiveness and problems in training for hospital middle-level cadre were analyzed.Results Curriculum design and training methods were widely approved. Horizen was broaden. Management knowledge and skills were improved.Conclusion It's important for the development of military hospital through enforcing management training for middle-level cadre.
