摘要
山东省是人口大省、资源大省,能源资源供需矛盾较为突出。详细分析了山东省"十一五"期间的建筑能源需求和节能潜力,并根据国家有关部门和我省关于建筑节能的法规文件要求,提出建筑节能工作的重点,为山东省建筑节能"十一五"发展规划的编制和政府主管部门科学决策提供依据。
As a province with numerous population and resource, the contradiction between supply and demand of energy resources is more prominent. The building energy demand and energy efficiency potential in the＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ period of Shandong province were analyzed, and in accordance with the regulations documentation requirements of building energy efficiency from the relevant departments of the state and province , the key of the energy efficiency work of buildings was proposed. This will provide the basis for the ＂llth Five-Year＂ development plan and the scientific decision-making of the competent government departments in Shandong province.
