摘要
以4个不同基因型韭菜为试材,用营养液培养的方法研究不同供磷水平对4个品种的纤维素含量、Vc含量、产量、根和地上部磷吸收率的影响。结果表明,不同供磷水平使韭菜791雪韭、甜脆791叶片中纤维素含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;791雪韭和甜脆791两个磷高效基因型在p1处理时Vc含量居首,而达到一定阈值(p2)时出现下降趋势;在高磷、缺磷胁迫下,791雪韭、甜脆791比一代杂交、久星2号能吸收较多的磷,具有相对高的磷效率和产量,一代杂交次之,久星2号最差。
Using the method of nutrition liquid culture, the effects of different phosphorus level on cellulose content, Vc content, outcome, the phosphorus uptake efficiency of root and aerial part of four different leek vareties were tested. The results showed that cellulose content of 791Xuejiu and Tiancui791 leafs raised firstly and then decreased in the different phosphorus level; the Vc content of 791Xuejiu and Tiancui791 which are high phosphorus genotype, was the largest in P1 treatment, it began to down when they achieved in P2. In the condition of higher or lower phosphorus force, 791Xuejiu and Tiaueui791 could absorb more phosphorus than Yidaizajiao and JiuxingNO.2. They had high uptake efficiency and products, Yidaizajiao was in the second place and JiuxingNO.2 was the worst.
