摘要
为揭示植物对SO2不同敏感程度的生化抗性机制,以谷子和菠菜两种抗、感植物为材料,分析了SO2对植物体内SOD酶和POD酶活性、细胞膜透性及蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,谷子和菠菜经SO2熏气处理后,SOD酶和POD酶活性变化较为复杂,在抗、感植物体内呈现不同变化趋势;而经SO2熏气处理后,抗、感植物体内细胞膜透性均有所增加,且敏感植物菠菜细胞膜透性的增加比率显著高于谷子;抗、感植物体内蛋白质含量均有所降低,且菠菜蛋白质含量的降低比率高于谷子。
<Abstrcat> In order to reveal the biochemical resistance mechanism of different sensitivity of plants to sulfur dioxide. The changes of activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), cell membrane osmosis and contents of protein in millet and spinach were analysed after they were treated by sulfur dioxide. The results showed that the changes of activity of SOD and POD were complicated after the plants were treated by sulfur dioxide. They presented different change trends in resistant plants and sensitive plants. The cell membrane osmosis was increased after the plants were treated by sulfur dioxide,and the increase ratio of spinach was higher than that of millet. The contents of protein were decreased after the plants were treated by sulfur dioxide, and the decrease ratio of spinach was higher than that of millet.
