摘要
自动离合器中接合规律的制定和精确的位置跟踪是其两个控制难点。针对离合器位置跟踪问题,提出了一种具有前馈作用的专家PID控制算法,设计了专家调整策略。控制器根据专家经验自动调节控制参数,在不采用速度环的情况下实现目标位置的跟踪。离合器接合实验表明,与常规控制器相比,专家PID控制动、静态误差小,能够适应离合器负荷和目标接合速度的非线性变化,具有较好的鲁棒性,能够满足离合器位置跟踪控制要求。
Design of optimum engaging rule and precision position tracking are two difficulties for automatic clutch.Aiming at position tracking control,an expert PID algorithm with feedforward is proposed,and expert regulation strategy is designed.The PID control parameters are adjusted by expert experience to implement accurate position tracking control without speed control loop.The engagement experiment of clutch shows that the controller has better dynamic and static performance than common controller,and it can adapt the nonlinear change of clutch load and target engaging speed.It has good robustness and can meet the need of position tracking control command.
