摘要
为了给汽车技术的发展提供充分的空间,汽车供电系统电压由14 V提高到42 V是必然的发展趋势。在开关电源领域,推挽电路特别适用于低压大电流输入的中小功率场合。设计了以TL494作为控制芯片,利用推挽电路和多重化技术将24 V输入电压提高到42 V输出电压的汽车电源,其最大输出功率500 W,具有过流、过载、过温等保护功能和较高的效率。该电源可以在14~42 V的过渡中发挥一定的作用。
System voltage of automobile power supply will increase from 14 V to 42 V,which provides sufficient space for development of automobile technology.In switch mode power supplies domain, push-pull converter especially applies to medium or small power of low voltage and large current input.By using TIA94 as control IC, adopting push-pull converter and multiple techniques,a power supply for automobile is designed which boosting 24 V input voltage to 42 V output vohage.hs maximal output power is 500 W.This power supply possesses some protection functions such as overcurrent,overload and overtemperature, as well as high efficiency.This power supply can perform some functions during the transition from 14 V to 42 V.
