摘要
介绍了基于推挽正激拓扑的多重化DC/DC变换器,详细分析了其工作原理。推挽正激变换器同时具有推挽变换器和正激变换器的优点,它的变压器磁芯双向励磁、磁芯利用率高、开关管电压应力低、不需要附加磁复位电路等优点。系统采用了多重化技术,减小了每套装置的输入电流和输出电压,提高了系统的可靠性,同时还减少了输出电压的脉动,因此可以大大减小滤波电感、电容。论述了该变换器主电路和控制电路的设计,最后在此基础上研制了一台5kW的实验样机。试验结果表明,推挽正激电路在低电压大电流场合具有一定的应用优势。
The paper introduces a DC/DC multiple converter based on push-pull forward topology and analyzes its operation principle in detail.Push-pull forward converter has the strong point of push-pull converter and forward converter simultanously.Its transformer works in two directions to have a high usage factor of the transformer core.It has low voltage spike of the switches and the additional magnetism restoration circuit is not needed.Multiple techniques can reduce the input current and output voltage of each converter,and increase the reliability of the converter.Meanwhile,it reduces the ripple of the output voltage, so the output filter inductor and capacitor can be reduced observably.The design procedure of the power stage and control circuit are introduced.Finally 5kW experimental equipment is accomplished,Experimental results prove that push-pull forward topology has some superiority in low voltage and high current situation.
