摘要
根据光学干涉测量的基本原理,提出了一种共用同一光纤光路的非接触式、干涉型、全光纤微位移传感器的设计方案,进行了理论分析和实验,结果表明该传感器不仅具有精度高、分辨率强、工作稳定等优点,而且结构精巧,易于集成化。
A design plan of the non contact, complete optical fibre and laser interference sensor to measure the tiny shift in a common optical way is presented on the principle of the laser interference measuring in this paper. It is demonstrated by the theory analysis and the experiment result that sensor has not only high accuracy, resolution, and stability, but also the exquisite and integrated structure.
