摘要
业务流程再造是现代管理学和经济学研究的热点,我国商业银行的业务流程再造战略近年来取得了巨大的成绩,同时也存在一些不足之处。业务流程再造系统的设计、验证与确立可以为我国商业银行的业务流程再造战略提供现实性的理论借鉴。理论系统的设计必须密切联系商业银行业务流程再造的实践经验,而因子分析可以为理论模型提供有效检验。
The BPR is the research hot spot of economics and management commercial banking has acquired great achievement, while has any fauh also. The system may give actual must be related with the science, and the BPR of our design and certification of BPR theory identification for the improvement of BPR strategy. The design of theory system practice experiment of banking BPR, and the FA may provide valid certification for theory model.
