摘要
变形与扭曲是热处理三大缺陷之一。对于超薄异形工件,畸变更是热处理中的一个棘手难题,而且往往发生变形的概率很大,严重影响了零件加工的合格率,同时校平也是最大的难题。采用新的工装设计和时效后微调措施,有效地控制了零件时效后的畸变,显著提高了产品质量。
Distortion is one of three primary defects in heat treatment, especially for ultrathin & abnormity workpiece. It is easy to happen, and seriously affects the workpiece quality. Leveling workpiece is also a difficult problem. The aging distortion was cortrolled effectively and the product quality was improved evidenfly by adoptting a new clamp set and fine adjustment.
