摘要
21世纪初,高速切削技术在全球得到普遍应用,正成为切削加工的主流技术,加工中心将数控铣床、数控车床、数控钻床的功能集于一身,具有多种工艺手段,综合加工能力强,工件一次装夹能完成较多的加工内容,如:箱体、复杂曲面、异形工件和盘、套、板类件等。在选择刀具时,必须综合考虑机床的类型工件材料、加工精度以及工艺方案等众多因素,选择合适的加工刀具,达到加工的效果。
At the first of 21 century, high speed cutting technique gained broad application in the world, and became the main technology. The process center can combine the functions of numerical control milling machine, numerical control lathe and numerical control drill press together, and have many technics methods and high procession capacity, the work piece once - installment clamp could finish more process such as box, complex curved surface, heterotype work piece, panel, cover and plate. When select the tools, we must think over such factors as the type of machine tool, work piece material, process precision and technics methods.
