摘要
以微合金高强度钢和Ti-IF钢为研究对象,在实验的基础上对Misaka流动应力模型进行了修正.实验验证结果表明,模型预报误差分别为8.2%和7.3%,能够满足轧制压力理论计算和实际生产的需要.
The Misaka flow stress model was revised based on experimental results with both high-strength micro-alloyed steels and Ti-IF steels. An experimental verification of the revised model showed a prediction error of 8. 2% and 7.3% respectively for the two types of steel, thus meeting the requirements for theoretical calculation of rolling force and for practical production.
