摘要
在进行了广泛的船舶操纵安全调查的基础上，应用模糊综合评判法、ＡＨＰ法建立了船舶操纵安全综合评价数学模型，并将该模型应用到自行设计的仿真系统上，取得了令人满意的结果．
The mathematic model of the comprehensive assessment of the ship manoeuvering safety is established after wide investigations into themanoeuvering safety of ships with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the AHP method. The result from the simulator with this model is satisfying.
