摘要
合成了3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸(pda)配位聚合物[Cu(C8H6NO2)2(H2O)2]n。晶体结构分析表明该配合物为三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶胞参数:a=0.764 6(2)nm,b=0.961 7(3)nm,c=1.190 6(4)nm,α=66.233(4),°β=80.653(6),°γ=84.832(4),°V=0.790 3(4)nm3,Z=2。该配位聚合物为一维链状结构,中心金属离子Cu(Ⅱ)由2个3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸中的2个氮和另外1个3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸中的2个氧以及2个水分子中的2个氧配位形成六配位畸变八面体构型,链和链之间通过分子间氢键形成稳定的三维网状结构。
A novel one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu (C8H6NO2) 2(H2O)2]n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction between 3-(3-pyridyl)acrylate acid and copper( Ⅱ ) acetate. The structure was characterized by elemental and IR spectroscopy. X-ray single-crystal analysis reveals the crystal of the title compound is of triclinic,space group P1 with a=0. 764 6(2) nm,b=0. 961 7(3) nm,c=1. 190 6 (4) nm,α=66. 233(4)°,β=80. 653(6)°,γ=84. 832(4)°,V=0. 790 3(4) nm^3,Z=2. The Cu atom in complex is six-coordinated by two N atoms of two 3-(3-pyridyl) acrylate acid,and two O of one 3-(3- pyridyl) acrylate acid,and two water O atoms,forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. A one-dimensional chain is formed between the Cu^2+ cations by carboxyl and pyridyl of 3-(3-pyridyl)acrylate acid ,and three-dimensional nets are constructed by hydrogen bonds.
