液压自动防斜钻具设计

摘要 目前国内所使用的各种防斜钻具主要是靠钻具本身的重力来产生降斜力,在井斜角很小时,降斜力一般很小,在某些区块钻井时不能满足防斜要求。为此,根据不倒翁原理,设计了一种液压自动防斜钻具。这种液压自动防斜钻具主要由钻铤体、偏心套筒、钢球、阀腔、阀杆、活塞杆等组成。该钻具能够自动利用液压力来产生很大的降斜力,从而能够防止井眼的偏斜。该钻具原理可行,结构简单,若能在现场得到应用,可节省钻井时间,从而节省钻井投资,其应用前景十分广阔。 As for the currently-used drilling tools, the drop-off force is produced mainly by the gravity of the tools. When the deviation angle is very small, general1y the drop-off force is very small, too, and this can not meet the need of hole-deviation control during the drilling in some blocks. Therefore, a drilling tool for hole-deviation control automatically is designed based on the principle of tumbler. It is composed of collar, eccentric tube, steel-balls, piston, bolt and two holes. Because of the tool’s special structure, it can use the hydraulic pressure to produce drop-off force which can prevent the hole from deviation automatically .The principle of the tool is feasible and the structure of the tool is simple, which will make it used widely.
