摘要
目的:观察实验性脊髓损伤后神经细胞死亡方式。方法:应用凋亡细胞原位末端标记法、HE染色,对脊髓组织进行定量形态学分析。结果:在脊髓损伤区及相邻区域中发现少量神经元以及大量胶质细胞凋亡。结论:脊髓损伤后神经细胞的凋亡是继发损伤期的重要病理变化。
Objective: To determine the death models of neural cells in the spinal cord after compression injury. Methods: Using the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method, HE staining and electron microscopy, we evaluated the spinal cord tissue. Results: We found some neurons and numerous glial cells with apoptotic features in the compression region and longitudinal tracts. Conclusion: Apoptosis of neural cells is an important morphological change in the secondary injury period after spinal cord injury.
