脊髓急性损伤后早期受损神经细胞的超微形态观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究脊髓急性损伤(SCI)后神经细胞的超微形态变化特点。方法 大鼠脊髓(T8、9)经中度压迫损伤后,在伤后8h处死,以0 5%戊二醛灌注取材。以玻璃刀行超薄切片,经醋酸钠、柠檬酸铅染色后装镜观察。结果 发现SCI后神经细胞有多种形态:正常、坏死、凋亡和其他形态。结论 脊髓损伤后神经细胞超微结构损伤在形态改变上呈现多样性。 Objective To study the characteristics of neural cells super microstructure after acute spinal cord in jury. Methods Following a controlled moderate degree compression injury to the lower thoracic spinal cord (TS. 9) of rats and were sacrificed at 8 hours after injury. The segment of every spinal cord were cut for morphological studies. Results The cells in the compression region were fund different morphological characteristics mainly necrotic apoptosis and necrosis. Conclusion Our data suggested that morphological changes of neural cells after spinal cord injury is diversity.
