摘要
通过扫描电镜观察了中药复方制剂(当归配伍丹参)对兔髂动脉球囊内皮剥脱术后血小板粘附的影响,同时测定了血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)、前列环素(PGI2)/血栓素A2(TXA2)和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平。结果表明,当归配伍丹参有增加SOD活性、升高PGI2、cAMP水平和PGI2/TXA2比值、降低LPO和TXA2水平、抑制球囊内皮剥脱术后血小板粘附的作用,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(均P<0.05~0.01)。结果为中药用于临床防治PTCA后急性血栓形成和慢性再狭窄等并发症提供了理论依据。
The effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound (angelica plus salvia miltiorrhiza) on platelet adhesion after balloon endothelial denudation of rabbits iliac artery was observed with scanning electron microscopy, and plasma level of superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide (LPO), prostacyclin (PGI2)/thromboxane A, (TXA2) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) were simutaneously determined. The results showed that angelica plus salvia miltiorrhiza had significant effects: increasing SOD activity, elevating level of PGI2 and cAMP and ratio of PGI2/TXA2, deceasing level of LPO and TXA2, inhibiting platelet adhesion after balloon endothelial denudation (all P<0.05~0.01). The results provide theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent acute thrombosis and chronic restenosis after PTCA.
