我校开设《全科医学概论》课程教学模式的探讨 被引量:1

Approach to Teaching Model of the General Practice Outline in Our College

摘要 目的探讨我校开设《全科医学概论》教学模式,以期进一步提高教学效果,增强在校医学生的全科医学知识和技能。方法采用《全科医学概论》作为教材,针对学生特点和岗位需求制定了教学大纲和授课计划,并选取2005级临床医学专业223名学生进行教学效果的问卷调查。结果学生对全科医学与社区卫生服务相关知识的了解由学习前的5.4%上升到学习后的99.1%,学习后有99.6%的学生认为有必要开设和学习《全科医学概论》这门课程,100.0%的学生都认为有必要开展社区实践。有80.0%以上的学生认为教学中存在的主要问题有:教材内容过于简单;举例以国外案例为主,涉及我们身边的案例很少;社区见习次数过少。结论在高职高专医学院校开设全科医学教学是非常必要的,但仍需做一些教学改革方面的探索,积极发展全科医学教育,为我省社区卫生服务发展输送高素质的实用型的社区卫生服务人才。 Objective To investigate the offering of course of The General Practice Outline in our college to raise teaching efficiency and enhance family medical knowledge and skill of the medical students. Methods The General Practice Outline was taken as the test book and the teaching curriculum and plan were set up based on the students' trait and the demands for services. Questionnaire survey about the teaching efficiency was conducted among 223 students form 2005 grade majoring in clinical medicine. Results Through taking the course of The General Practice Outline the percentage of students who understanding the relative knowledge of general practice and community health services increased form 5.4% to 99. 1%. Some 99. 6% of the students held that the offering of the course of The General Practice Outline is necessary, and 100. 0% of them believed the necessity of carrying on the practice in community. However more than 80. 0% of the students put forward the problems that the content of the text book is simple and with more examples from abroad than from home ; and the practice in community is less. Conclusion It is absolutely necessary for medical colleges to offer courses of general practice. However some teaching reform is still needed to actively develop the general practice education, in order to provide highly - qualified general practitioners in community health services in our province.
