摘要
专利地图是对专利信息进行计量分析的有效工具，专利技术演进图作为其中的一种重要类型，可以揭示行业技术发展路线。通过对医学内窥镜相关专利的案例分析，系统阐述专利技术演进图的制作步骤。首次提出基于引文路径分析的专利技术演进图的制作方法。该方法可以协助发现专利技术的改进方向和发展趋势，对于专利隐性信息的挖掘、专利战略的制定等方面都具有重要意义。
Patent map is an effective tool to analyze patent in metric way. Patent innovation guider, as an important type of patent map, can expose the path of industry technology developing. Through analyzing the ease of endoscope patents, it introduced the process of making the patent innovation guider. It is the first time of putting forward the way of making the patent innovation guider based on quotation path analysis. This way can help to discover the improving and developing direction. And it is signifieative to dig patent tacit information and set patent strategy.
