硅锰对室温油分级等温淬火贝氏体球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响

Effects of Si and Mn on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Bainite Ductile Iron by Step Austempering in Room-Temperature Machine Oil

摘要 研究了室温油分级等温淬火时,硅和锰对贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明:硅含量在3.3%-3.8%时,对贝氏体相变具有诱发作用,使贝氏体球铁组织细化,力学性能提高,锰使贝氏体球墨铸铁的硬度提高韧性降低,合理的硅锰量可提高贝氏体球墨铸铁的力学性能。 In this work, the effects of Si and Mn on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bainite ductile iron by step austempering in the room-temperature machine oil have been studied. The experiment results show that induced phase transformation in the bainite ductile iron can be brought out by Si in 3.3%-3.8%, and the structure with good mechanical properties has been obtained; Mn can increase the hardness and reduce the impact toughness of the bainite ductile iron. Reasonable Si and Mn content can improve mechanical properties of the bainite ductile cast iron.
