摘要
研究了采用分级淬火工艺生产贝氏体球铁时硅对相变组织及机械性能的影响,发现硅对贝氏体有诱发相变作用,从而可细化组织,提高机械性能,并对此作了理论分析。
The effects of silicon on structures,mechanical properties and phase transi-tion dynamics of stepped quenching bainite ductile iron is studied. It is found that the transition in bainite ductile iron can be brought out by silicon, and thus the structure with good mechanical properties can be obtained. The theoretical analysis of this impor-tant effect is described.
