摘要
城乡收入差距的扩大对农民健康的影响正日益受到关注,城乡居民健康的不平等也成为制约城乡统筹发展的主要因素之一。城乡居民收入差距继续扩大通过影响医疗公共支出和公共品的供给影响农民对卫生服务的利用;通过社会资本的恶化影响农民对卫生服务的利用;通过心理感受影响农民的健康。
The enlargement of urban and rural income gap has become one of the restricting factors in the harmonious development of urban and rural areas. Its influences on the distribution of the health resources are of more and more concern. In this paper, the reasons for the enlargement of urban and rural income gap are analyzed firstly. Then, factors influencing farmers＂ using the hygiene services are put forward, which include the public payout, the social capital and farmers＂ mentality.
