摘要
糖尿病是威胁人民健康的主要慢性病之一,其预防与控制的形势相当严峻。而健康管理作为新的卫生服务理念,对于慢性病防治和社区卫生服务都有重要意义。新医改方案对慢性病防控和社区卫生服务体系建设提出了新的要求。借鉴美国糖尿病健康管理的经验,结合我国的国情和政策,分析将糖尿病健康管理与社区卫生服务相整合的现实意义和价值,并针对糖尿病健康管理的开展提出建议。
As one of the major chronic diseases,diabetes is a threat to the health of human being.The situation of diabetes prevention and control is quite grim.The health management,as a new concept of health services,is very important for the prevention and control of chronic disease as well as community health services.In March 2009 China announced a new medical reform programs.It has new requirements and policy support on chronic disease prevention and community health service system.This paper learns experience of American diabetes health management,combines with China＇s national conditions and policies,analyses relevance and value of integrating the diabetes health management into community health services and offers some suggestions for the conduct of diabetes health management in China.
