摘要
对植物喷施灵处理下的圆柏移植苗酶活性、丙二醛及相对电导率进行了研究分析。结果表明:植物喷施灵可以提高圆柏体内过氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性,可以降低圆柏体内丙二醛含量,使膜的稳定性增加,提高圆柏抗逆性和抗衰老性。
This paper makes research and analysis on the enzyme activity, maleic dialdehyde (MDA) and relative electric conductivity of the transplanted-seedling of Sabina chinehsis (L.)Ant under the treatments of sprinkling plant fertilizer. The results show that the sprinkling?plant?fertilizer can increase the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD)within the body of Sabina chinehsis (L.)Ant, and it also can decrease the MDA content within the body of Sabina chinehsis (L.)Ant, making the seedlings velamen more stable and increasing the seedlings abilities of resist-adversity and resist-aging.
