分析了网络环境下高校图书馆员素质建设方面的现状以及亟需提升的素质能力,并就如何加强馆员素质建设作了一些探讨。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the quality construction of university librarians and the competencies that are badly in need of improving, and probes into how to strengthen the quality construction of university librarians.
