摘要
本文论述了在信息时代对高校图书馆馆员的新要求,并深层次地分析了现阶段各高校图书馆员存在的不足之处,以及对提高馆员素质与能力的建议和措施。
The essay discusses the new requirements to the librarians working in colleges and universites in information times. Furthermore, it deeply analyzes the shortcomings existing among the librarians at present. Therefore, in order to improve the quality and ability of the librarians, the essay puts forward proposals and measures cormlated with it as well.
