主要介绍在德国BSH公司引进的α-石膏粉液相法生产线上,国内先进的DCS控制技术的应用。阐述DCS控制系统的构成和功能、硬件设计、软件设计以及控制方法。通过生产实际应用,DCS控制系统完全满足生产的需要并且达到了精确控制,从而提高了生产水平和产品质量。
This paper introduces the advanced DCS control technology in China,which used in αplaster production line imported from BSH company of Germany.It expatiates the structure and function of DCS control system, hardware design,software design and control method.
