摘要
以电厂脱硫石膏为原料,采用"动态水热法",通过掺加适当、适量的晶形改良剂引调整制备工艺技术参数等方法,成功地生产出抗压强度为40~60MPa的高强α-半水石膏,并可联动生产石膏砌块。采用此工艺,生产中可减少石膏粉干燥工序,由此可降低热耗40%。
High strength α-hemi-hydrated gypsum with block can be successfully made by taking desulfogypsum compression strength of 40-60 MPa or linkage production of gypsum from power plant as raw material, adopting "dynamic hydrothermal method", adding suitable and proper amount of crystal form modifying agent and adjusting process technical parameters. This technology cuts down the drying procedure of gypsum powder in the production thus reduces 40% heat consumption.
