摘要
本文重点阐述了“以人为本”为何是公共图书馆生存、创新、发展的理念,分析公共图书馆以人为本服务理念的必要性,提出对现代公共图书馆如何实施以人为本服务模式的研究与探论。
In this article the writer expounds why basing on people is the principle of existing,creating and developing for public library. And analyze the necessity of service ideas based on people. They put forward flow carry out the supporting theory of service model based on people for the public library.
