摘要
了解淄博市2006年药品不良反应的发生和分布情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据,发挥药品不良反应监测工作的指导作用。采取回顾性研究方法,结合Excel电子表格,对2006年淄博市药品不良反应监测中心收集的4940例药品不良反应病例报告进行统计和分析。药品不良反应涉及的药品以抗微生物药最多,占48.62%;不良反应累及的系统-器官以皮肤及其附件损害最多,占30.85%;给药途径以静脉滴注为主,占67.06%。
Learning the occurrence and distribution of ADR in Zibo during 2006, as so as to provide the scientific and exact information for rational drug in clinical practice and promote instructional function of ADR monitoring to ensure safe use of medicine in public. By means of Excel table, 4940 ADR reports collected by Zibo Center for ADR Monitoring during 2006 were comprehensively analyzed using retrospective study method. The majority of occurred ADR was related to antimicrobial drugs, account for 48.62%. Skin and its adjunct were likely to be the most affected organ, account for 30.85%. The main route of administration was injected in vein. account for 67.06%.
