抗狂犬病病毒中和活性单克隆抗体对狂犬病街毒暴露后的治疗

摘要 目的研究鼠抗狂犬病病毒中和活性单克隆抗体(单抗)2C、5C,对狂犬病街毒暴露后的治疗效果。方法用3个街毒代表株CQ92、HN06、GX-4分别感染Balb/c小鼠腓肠肌,30min后用2C、5C、狂犬病人免疫球蛋白(Hu-man Rabies Immunoglobulin,HRIG)进行治疗。结果2C、5C、HRIG对狂犬病街毒暴露后小鼠具有相近的保护率。结论鼠抗狂犬病病毒中和活性单抗可用于狂犬病病毒暴露后的治疗。 Objective To study the Protection of neutralizing mouse monoclonal antibodies against rabies virus(2C and 5C)after exposure street rabies virus.Methods Balb/c mice were exposure with street rabies virus of CQ92、HN06 or GX-4 strains respectively,which were main strain of virus in China and infected,in the gastrocnemius muscle.All the mice were administered with 2C、5C or human rabies immune globulin(HRIG) 30 min after exposure respectively.Results Mouse monoclonal antibodies against rabies glycoprotein(2C、5C)had same protection against street rabies virus challenge with HRIG in mice.Conclusion 2C and 5C were potential therapeutic antibodies in rabies post-exposure treatment.
